Click the 'Go' button (2 in figure below):
Wildcards can be used as follows:
You may use the following wildcard characters:
- "*" (asterisk) - replaces any number of characters. Example: "T12*" finds all templates starting with "T12"
- "?" (question mark) - replaces any single character. Example: "T12??" finds all templates having 4 digits number, beginnig with "T12"
Understanding annotation summary
The annotation summary implemented to faclitate quick serach qithin annotated data. It allows one to
quickly see waht kind of expressions to expect from a given assay. It indicates annotation as follows:
- For templates without assays or assays not annotated yet, the field is blank
- For annotated assays with no detectable patterm, the field says "not detected"
- For assays with ubiquitous pattern, is says "ubiquitous"+":"+signal strength
- For assays with restricted pattern it says "regional"+ strongest strenght of all annotated regional patterns, on the scale ("weak", "medium", "strong")
It is possible searching and sorting on that field, e.g., one may select and view and download only those assays with restricted patterns.
Partial and wild-card search is possible. For example, if one needs to find all regional strong expression, the query string may look like:
"regi*stro*".
