Eurexpress Browser Menu

Customised Eurexpress browser menu allows one to customise her browser's context menu to get fast access to Eurexpress database. It works for Internet Explorer and Mozilla-type browsers

Once the menu is installed, you can select a piece of text on any page of your browser window, then hit right mouse button. A menu as shown in Image 1 will pop up. In this menu, select "Eurexpress II" to open a new window showing search result for the selected text in Eurexpress dtabase (as shown in Image2).

If you just want to bring up the Eurexpress search page, you don't need to highlight any words. Just select "Eurexpress II" from the pop-up menu after you click right mouse over any place in the browser window Window similar to that shown in Image 2 will appear.

Installing Eurexpress browser menu

To install customised EURExpress browser menu, follow a simple procedure for your browser outlined below.

Windows Internet Explorer

  1. Download the archive ee2menuIE.zip
  2. Extract the files from ee2menuIE.zip into a temporary directory
  3. Among the extracted files, you will find the file "readme.txt". Follow the instructions in "readme.txt" file to complete installation of the menu

Mozilla-type browsers

  1. Click this link to start the installation process
  2. A pop-up window saying "A web site is requesting permission to install", with a short description of the plug-in to be installed will appear. Note: you need to enable the pop-up windows for this operation to be performed
  3. In this pop-up window, click "Install" button. After a short installation, another window confirming that menu was installed successfully will appear
  4. Now, you need to re-start your browser for the menu to start working
