- The EURExpress Transcriptome Atlas is the essential database, currently
under development.
- The EURExpress data will be delivered to the GenePaint
digital atlas. GenePaint is a digital atlas of gene expression
patterns in the mouse.Expression patterns are determined by non-radioactive
in situ hybridization on serial tissue sections. For viewing expression
patterns, GenePaint.org features a “virtual microscope”
tool that enables zooming into images down to cellular resolution.
- The EURExpress data will also be delivered to EMAGE.
